Condolences

Condolence From: Ed and Sylvia Cuhaci
Condolence: Mason Terrace will never be the same without Gordon, our neighbour for 45 years. We have known Gordon professionally and as a cherished friend ever since we arrived in Ottawa 60 years ago. His love of life and adventurous spirit was an inspiration to all who knew him. May he now rest in peace. Our thoughts are with his family and friends.

Condolence From: Bruce McDonald
Condolence: Gordon was a long- time member of the Ottawa Hunt and Golf Club, enjoying golf, curling and the odd card game through his 65+ years at the Club. His geo-technical engineering expertise was called upon on many occasions, going back as far as 1962 when our Club House burned down. During the winter of '62, Gordon provided advice on how to run new water pipes onto our property in order to service the new building. The water hazards that we now enjoy on our North Course are the result of Gordon’s guidance during early makeovers of our Hunt Club golf courses.

Most recently Gordon was instrumental in starting our Legacy Program for which the Club and its members owe our gratitude. Gordon will be missed around the Club House.
