Passed away at the age of 91 years old, at the Montfort Hospital, on Thursday, August 16th. Leaves behind his children: Florence (late Frank) Loyer, Leo, Jane (Dan) and Robert (Bobby) Wyman. Predeceased by his beloved wife Rita Laviolette, his daughter Simone, his son Johnny and his grandson Scott. Will be fondly remembered by his grandson William (Dorothy) and his great-grandson Jesse. Robert served on the Gaza Strip in Egypt with United Nations Emergency Peace Service. His career bloomed for 20 years within the Canadian Armed Forces as a Corporal, 10 years in Civil Service and 15 years as a Commissioner. Bob finally retired at the age of 67 years old. Family will receive condolences at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish, 400 St. Laurent Boulevard, Ottawa, on Friday, August 24, from 9 a.m. until time of Memorial Mass at 10 a.m., immediately followed by an interment of ashes at Beechwood Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Arthritis Society.
