At the Almonte General Hospital on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 in her 72nd year. Loved daughter of the late Daniel and Freda Billings. Loved by long time friend, Moe. Dear sister of Jacqueline Woods and Francis, predeceased by her brothers and sisters Ethel Barkley, Harvey, Bertha Barkley, Lawrence, Wesley, Clifford, Robert, Benson, Grant, Raymond and June Crewe. She will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Luella’s family wishes to extend their many thanks to the caring and attentive staff at The Mills in Almonte. The family will receive friends at the Winchester Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry Funeral Home, 472 Main Street, Winchester, on Monday, May 1 from 11 am to 1 pm. followed by a Graveside Service at Knight’s Cemetery, Inkerman at 1:30 pm. In memory of Luella, donations to The Mills Community Support Corporation would be appreciated.
