Douglas died suddenly at his home in White Rock, B.C. Born in England, he moved to Ontario, Canada in 1967 and moved to White Rock, B.C. in 1986. Beloved husband of the late Margaret P.J. Boyer (née Bunn). Much loved father of Richard Boyer (Laura née Caan) of White Rock, B.C. and Christopher Boyer (Mathilde née Janssen) of Winchester. Cherished grandpa of Catlin, Justin, Bradly, Heather, Jeffrey, Jenifer, Terry and 10 great-grandchildren all of Ontario. Survived by his brothers and sisters, Kenny Boyer, Joan Coons, Raymond Boyer and Shirley Moore, all living in England. Our father lived life to the fullest and will be missed dearly. Friends are invited to visit at the Winchester Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 472 Main Street, Winchester on Friday, March 31, 2017 from 10 am – 11 am followed immediately by Funeral Service in the Chapel at 11am. Donations made to the Winchester District Memorial Hospital would be appreciated.
