Obituary for Stephen Kenneth Price

Steve passed away quietly at his parentsÂ’ home surrounded by his loving family. Steve is survived by his wife, Yvette (Chayer), parents Harold and Shirley Price, sisters Deborah Leader (Harvey), Kim Perrier (Michel), stepdaughters Marcia Good fellow (Jamie), Bonnie Bouliane (Eric), step grandchildren Isaac, Ayla and Benoit; Father-in-law Hector Lucier and mother-in-law Deloris Lucier, 3 sisters-in-law, 4 brothers-in-law, Uncles William (Ursula) and Matthew McKim, nieces Jennifer Lajeunesse (Robert), Adair Harvie (Stacey), and Laura Harvie (Harvey), nephew James Holland (Maryse), step niece Camille Arscott (Robert), step nephew Andre Perrier, seven great nieces and two great nephews and many cousins,
Steve was a long-time member of the Manotick Amateur Radio Group ( www.ve3rix.com). The family thanks the members of the group who gave their support and many visits to Steve during his long battle with cancer, even coming to see him the evening before his passing to individually say their goodbyes.
We want to extend our appreciation to the CCAC Palliative Care Team of Nurses and Home Service Workers, to the Beth Donovan Hospice, and to Dr. David Blaine for their support and care without which Steve would not have been able to be at home when he passed away as he wished to do.
For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Stephen, a contribution to the Manotick Amateur Radio Group (contact D. Greene, President, 613-639-6120 ve3rix@gmail.com) or to the Beth Donovan Hospice in Kemptville would be appreciated.
